Any account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age will be immediately suspended, all funds will be withheld pending investigation, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.
2.2 Legal Capacity. By registering, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction. If you are located in a jurisdiction that prohibits online gambling entirely, you are not permitted to use 1xbeat's services. You bear sole responsibility for determining the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering or placing any wager.
2.3 One Account Per Player. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on 1xbeat. Duplicate accounts, accounts held in another person's name, or accounts used by third parties are prohibited. Players found operating multiple accounts may have all associated accounts suspended and funds may be forfeited.

You agree to keep this information up to date.
1xbeat reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and proof of address — at any stage, including before processing your first withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is completed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 1xbeat login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 1xbeat will never contact you to ask for your password. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. 1xbeat processes all player transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means or money laundering will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.
1xbeat may offer promotional bonuses to registered players from time to time. 1xbeat provides the Platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding uptime, availability or fitness for purpose. Planned and unplanned maintenance may result in periods of service unavailability for which 1xbeat is not liable.
1xbeat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion — including where a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed, where fraudulent activity is detected, where KYC verification cannot be completed, or where continued operation of an account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform. Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of Terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited.
Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting 1xbeat support. Any remaining PKR balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method after standard processing, provided there are no outstanding bonus wagering requirements or pending investigations.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. In the event of a dispute between a player and 1xbeat, players are encouraged to contact 1xbeat support in the first instance to seek resolution. 1xbeat is committed to resolving disputes promptly and fairly.
